How to Track Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the email.

Steps to track your order:

  1. Locate the shipping confirmation email in the inbox of the email address you used at checkout.

  2. Copy the provided tracking number.

  3. Click on the carrier’s tracking link (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL, or local postal service) or visit their official website.

  4. Paste your tracking number to see real-time status and estimated delivery date.

What if my tracking number doesn’t work?

  • Double-check that you entered the number correctly.

  • Some carriers take up to 48 hours to register tracking details.

  • If the status shows “Label created” but no movement for several days, please contact our support team at happyartistry@outlook.com with your order number and full name.

No tracking number received?

  • Check your spam or junk folder – occasionally shipping emails may be filtered.

  • If you still cannot find it, email us at happyartistry@outlook.com. We will resend the tracking information within 24 business hours.

Note for international orders: Tracking may stop updating once the package leaves the origin country. In such cases, please check your local postal service website using the same tracking number. Customs delays are possible and are beyond our control.
