At happyartistry, we believe that the journey of an item to your home should be as thoughtful as the care we put into selecting it. From the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door, we handle every step with attention and respect.

This page explains our shipping and handling practices. Please read it carefully before placing your order.

1. Processing Time

Once you place an order, we begin preparing it for shipment right away. Our processing time includes order verification, quality checks, careful packing, and handing your package to the carrier.

  • Standard processing time: 1 to 3 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day

You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped. If there is any delay in processing your order, we will contact you directly.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes

We offer several shipping options at checkout. Delivery timeframes below are estimates provided by our carrier partners and begin after your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier.

Logistics Carriers

Depending on your destination and the shipping method selected, your order may be delivered by one of our trusted logistics partners, including but not limited to:

  • Local postal services and regional carriers

The carrier used for your shipment will be determined based on the shipping address, package size, and delivery efficiency.

Please note that these are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier performance, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the following factors:

  • The shipping method you select
  • The total weight and dimensions of your package
  • Your delivery address

You will see the exact shipping cost before you complete your purchase. There are no hidden fees.

From time to time, we may offer free standard shipping promotions. Any such promotion will be clearly displayed on our website and will apply automatically at checkout when the conditions are met.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • A unique tracking number
  • A direct link to the carrier's tracking page

You can also track your order by visiting our Track Your Order page on our website. Simply enter your order number and the email address you used at checkout.

Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to appear. It sometimes takes time for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

5. Shipping Destinations

happyartistry ships to a wide range of destinations worldwide. During checkout, you will be able to see whether we deliver to your address.

If you are shopping from a location that is not automatically recognized at checkout, please contact us at happyartistry@outlook.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped to destinations outside of the jurisdiction where happyartistry operates, your package may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied by your local government. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and are your responsibility.

Customs policies vary widely by destination. We encourage you to contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order. happyartistry is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing or for any additional fees charged by customs authorities.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before you complete your order. We are not able to change the shipping address once your order has been processed.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. You will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

8. Lost or Delayed Packages

While we work with reliable shipping carriers, delays and rare instances of lost packages can occur. If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please first check the tracking information. If the tracking shows no update for more than 7 business days, please contact us at happyartistry@outlook.com with your order number.

We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. Please note that investigations may take 7 to 14 business days to complete. If the carrier confirms your package is lost, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and product availability.

9. Split Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may sometimes be shipped separately. This allows us to send you what is ready first so you do not have to wait longer than necessary. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment. There is no additional cost to you for split shipments.

10. Handling of Fragile Items

Many of our products, including certain kitchenware and wall decor, require extra care during packing. We use protective materials such as bubble wrap, foam padding, and sturdy boxes to ensure your items arrive in the same beautiful condition they left us. If an item arrives damaged despite our efforts, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for instructions.
