Refund/ Return Policy
We want you to love your HappyArtistry products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. Consumers may apply for a return or exchange within 14 days or more after receiving the product.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Original packaging (including any certificates, pouches, or cards) must be intact.
- Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Final sale items (clearly marked on the product page) are non-refundable.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at happyartistry@outlook.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
- We will send you a return authorization and the return shipping address within 2 business days.
- Pack the item securely, include your order number inside the package, and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5–7 business days), we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the credit.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Return Shipping Fees
- If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
- If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, broken, or with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide clear photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund including shipping costs.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures the fastest turnaround. Alternatively, we can process a refund for the returned item and you can repurchase.
