All payments are processed through secure, PCI‑compliant gateways. We never store your full credit card information on our servers.

Payment security

Your security is our priority. Our website uses SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment details during transmission. When you enter your payment information, it is sent directly to our payment processor (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) and never touches our internal servers in readable form.

When will you be charged?

  • Credit/debit cards and digital wallets – Your card is charged immediately upon order confirmation.

  • PayPal – You will be redirected to PayPal to complete the transaction. Funds are reserved at the time of order and captured when we process your order (usually within 1–2 business days).

Currency

All prices on our website are listed in US Dollars (USD). If you are shopping from another country, your bank or card issuer may apply a currency conversion fee. Please check with your provider for details.

Payment errors

If your payment is declined, please double-check your card details, billing address, and available funds. For PayPal issues, ensure your account is verified. If problems persist, try a different payment method or contact your bank. We are unable to override payment processor decisions.

Invoices and receipts

After your order is successfully placed, we will email you an order confirmation that serves as your receipt. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. If you need an invoice for business or customs purposes, please request one at happyartistry@outlook.com.

Billing address vs. shipping address

For fraud prevention, the billing address you provide must match the address on file with your credit card issuer. If they do not match, your payment may be flagged and the order could be delayed or canceled. You may still ship to a different shipping address (e.g., gift recipient), but please use your correct billing address.

Sales tax

We are required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to certain states or countries, depending on local laws. Any applicable tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you finalize your payment.

Refunds and payment method

When you request a refund under our Refund/Return Policy, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. For credit cards, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days. For PayPal, refunds go back to your PayPal balance or linked card/bank account within 1–5 business days.
