We aim to respond to all emails within 24 business hours (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Please include your order number (if applicable) so we can assist you faster.
Order related – Your full name, order number, and a clear description of the issue (e.g., damaged canvas upon arrival, wrong size received, or tracking updates).
Art & Product questions – The name of the painting or collection you are interested in, and any specific questions regarding dimensions, frame types, or color matching.
Returns or refunds – Order number and reason for return. Attaching clear photos of any shipping damage is very helpful for our insurance claims and your replacement.
Interior Designers & Collaborations – Please write “Trade/Collaboration Inquiry” in the subject line. We love working with interior designers and fellow art lovers!
